Start with the application

Describe the space, users and items to be stored. Medical, dormitory and office furniture have different needs, and cabinets may require different internal layouts.

Share dimensions and site conditions

Record the available length, width and height, together with doors, windows, sockets and access routes. Initial measurements support discussion; production dimensions should be confirmed before ordering.

Include quantities, drawings and delivery requirements

Attach drawings, sample photos, reference colours and quantities. State the delivery location, installation needs and target date. Reference images communicate intent; construction and feasibility still require assessment.
